The selection procedure is divided into two stages:

First Stage

All member NSAs of the SF&OC will be invited to put up nomination. The nomination procedure of each sport will be entirely up to the respective NSA.

Second Stage

All nominations will be voted by the Judging Panel, Local sports editors/ reporters and members of Public to select the winners.
