Nomination Procedure
- Awards Period: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023
- Nomination is to be done electronically via the internet at Cathay 2023 Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards official website (https://sportstar2023.hkolympic.org). Online nomination system will be opened for data submission from now till 11 January 2024.
- Please submit the Nomination Form/s generated from the online system duly declared and signed by the nominated athlete/ team/ sports combination representative together with the authorized signature of your NSA’s Elected Officer and chop of your NSA in hard copy to SF&OC Secretariat (2/F, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) on or before 11 January 2024 at 12:00 noon. Incomplete nomination form/s will not be accepted. (Please mark “Cathay 2023 Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards Nomination Form/s” on the envelope).
- Late submission of the nomination form will not be accepted.
- Online nomination system will be closed after 12:00 noon on 11 January 2024. Nomination form cannot be amended, withdrawn or substituted after submission.
